A very enjoyable weekend was had by the 21 pairs who played. We were very fortunate with the weather. Saturday being overcast with a light breeze but pleasant. Sunday morning was a little cooler and the breeze a bit stronger but all in all we got away with it. Thankfully the predicted afternoon rain came late which was great.

A huge thank you to the Green Keeper and helpers, Simon Johnston (SALT STREET FOOD), the lovely bar staff who work hard at keeping us safe with mask reminders and kept the beersies flowing. To our special and essential, refreshment/odds tent personnel who give their time voluntarily. Always ready with a smile to take your hard earned dollars off you or should I say donations for most of us. Cobby, you did a great job selling all the raffles, and Simon our superb Auctioneer, thank you both.

Thanks too, to our President and Sponsorship Co-ordinator Mr Paul Greenlees (an official “Youth on Tour” member), travelling the Island looking for Sponsors. Well done Paul.
