2nd January 2024 - Ambrose Tournament Update

The Riversdale Beach Golf Club sold-out Ambrose Tournament on 2nd January is almost here! Here are a few important updates for you all - we have 148 players so would greatly appreciate your support in making it as smooth & on-time as possible for everyone:

1. We will be posting the tournament tee times online about midday on 1st January - you should know your selected/allocated time but if you need to check it, please look on our FB page, website or the clubhouse noticeboard.

2. We will be in the office on 1st January from midday until 2pm if you would like to come down and pay your entry fees early - it will make your tournament day just a bit easier!

3. The course is closed all day on 2nd January until approximately 5pm.

4. On the tournament day please arrive at least 20 minutes before your tee time to complete your registration, collect your team card and be ready to tee off on time. 

5. Don't forget your costumes - great prizes to be won!

6. Bring cash for the odds booth at #4, the drinks cart (from 10am) and the sausage sizzle (the latter is a fund-raiser for the Riversdale Beach Surf Life Saving Club).

7. The Riversdale Beach Golf Club bar opens at midday - please do not bring alcohol onto the course that hasn't been purchased at the club bar/drinks cart or the odds booth.

8. Don't forget to keep an eye out for wayward golf balls and call "FORE" loudly if you have a shot that goes off course! 

9. Prizegiving will be held at approximately 6pm.
