Results 60^th Anniversary Stableford Competition RBGC

At a general meeting of the club prior to our 60^th celebrations Riversdale Beach Golf Club nominated and accepted Paul Greenlees as a life member of the club. Paul has been a hard-working committee member for a total of 17 years starting on the general committee in 2001, then moved to Vice-captain, Club Captain and now President. Thank you, Paul, for all your hard work, thanks also to all the local businesses that willingly support you when you ask for sponsorship on our behalf.

A field of 42 members played in a stableford competition to celebrate 60 years of the Riversdale Beach Golf Club being in operation. Conditions were tough despite the glorious weather.

The golf was followed by a dinner and band all with a 60s theme, thanks to those that dressed for the occasion, lots of tall tales were told and laughs had.
